- Why can't I see any data and figure expect asterisks '*'?
Data in ValoTracer is open to paid users. Before you become a paid-user of ValoTracer, data won't be available and you can only view tables or figures with asterisks '*'. The hidden data will be unveiled after you purchase it. You can follow the purchase guidance in CCM's website to order and pay for a specific indexes, products or the whole industry database.
- How to search the data in ValoTracer?
As in the library, data in ValoTracer is sorted in steps of Product-Index-Time.

How do I place an order online?

When will I get my data after purchase?
After finishing your payment, you can access to the purchased data immediately.

Is my purchase secured?

Will I receive an invoice?

What terms of payment can I adopt?
For payment amount less than USD6,000, you can follow the purchasing guide and finish the payment in ASIAPAY. For payment amount exceeding USD6,000 but less than USD30,000, CCM will take a series of measures to safeguard the payment. For payment amount over USD30,000, CCM suggests you use T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) to pay for the products.

Why do I have to pay by installment when my order values over USD6,000?
To ensure safety of the dealing, ASIAPAY online payment platform has set a 6,000
US dollar limitation for each payment (Please refer to the restrictive regulations in www.paydollar.com), so orders exceeding USD6,000 will be divided into several parts, with each part lower than USD 6,000. Sorry for the inconvenience.
